Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience
Location: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
•Early breakfast at the lodge.
•Transfer to the park headquarters for briefing.
•Begin your gorilla trekking adventure (2–6 hours depending on gorilla movements).
Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park & Boat Safari
Route: Bwindi → Queen Elizabeth National Park
•Breakfast at the lodge.
•Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park (approx. 4–5 hours).
•Enjoy scenic views of the Ishasha sector (famous for tree-climbing lions—optional game drive en route).
•Arrive and check in at your lodge.
Day 4: Morning Game Drive & Return to Entebbe
Route: Queen Elizabeth → Entebbe
•Early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park.
•Look out for lions, elephants, antelopes, hyenas, and more
•Great lighting conditions for photography
•Return to lodge for breakfast.
•Begin journey back to Entebbe (approx. 6–7 hours).
•Lunch en route.
•Drop-off at airport or hotel in the evening.

3-Day Gorilla Trekking Safari (Rwanda → Uganda)

Day 1: Arrival in Kigali & Transfer to Bwindi (Uganda)
Route: Kigali → Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
•You will be picked up from your hotel or airport in Kigali by your professional driver-guide.
•After a short briefing, begin your scenic drive towards the Uganda border (approx. 4–5 hours total).
 
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience
Location: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
•Early breakfast at the lodge.
•Transfer to the park headquarters for briefing by rangers.
•Begin your gorilla trekking adventure (duration: 2–6 hours depending on gorilla location).
 
 
Day 3: Return to Kigali & Departure
Route: Bwindi → Kigali
•Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the lodge.
•Begin your journey back to Kigali (approx. 4–5 hours).
•Optional stops for:
•Scenic photography
•Local markets and crafts
•Drop-off at the airport or your hotel in Kigali.

5 Days Uganda Gorillas & Wildlife Safari

Day 1: Travel to Queen Elizabeth NP

Traveling from Kampala or Zana to Queen Elizabeth National Park on Day 1 takes about 6 to 7 hours across a distance of roughly 380 to 420 kilometers.

Day 2: Game drive + boat safari (Kazinga Channel)

A typical Day 2 itinerary featuring a morning game drive and an afternoon boat safari on the Kazinga Channel in Queen Elizabeth National Park combines land-based wildlife tracking with a scenic water-level perspective.

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi

On Day 3 of a 3-day Bwindi gorilla itinerary, you transfer back from Bwindi Impenetrable National Park to Kampala or Entebbe (or fly out from Kihihi/Kisoro airstrip), or complete your final departure.

Day 4: Gorilla trekking experience

During this gorilla tour, you will get an opportunity to engage in a guided nature walk, a Batwa cultural tour and gorilla habituation experience where you will be able to spend four hours with them in their environment.

Day 5: Return

– After breakfast, drive back to Kampala.
– End of the tour.

3 Days Uganda Gorilla Trekking Safari (Budget–Midrange–Luxury)

Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi / optional flight

On Day 1 of a Bwindi Impenetrable National Park safari, you can choose between a scenic overland road transfer (approx. 8–9 hours) or a 1-hour domestic scheduled/chartered flight from Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi Airfield to either Kihihi or Kisoro airstrips

Day 2: Gorilla trekking experience + community visit

Day 2 of a standard gorilla trekking and community itinerary focuses on your morning encounter with mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park or Volcanoes National Park, followed by an afternoon cultural immersion.

Day 3: Return to Kampala / Entebbe

The final day of your trip covers the return journey to Kampala or Entebbe, wrapping up with lakeside relaxation or preparation for your flight

3 DAYS GORILLA TREKKING IN UGANDA – BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST

Day 1: Arrival In Kigali and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

Your Bwindi Gorilla Tracking Uganda adventure begins at Kigali International Airport, where your guide meets you for the 4-hour journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. The Bwindi Gorilla Tracking Uganda experience takes you through Rwanda’s rolling hills….

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

The highlight of your Bwindi Gorilla Tracking Uganda experience begins early with a briefing at the UWA headquarters in your designated sector at 7:30 AM. The Bwindi Gorilla Tracking Uganda adventure continues as you venture into the ancient forest, 

Day 3: Transfer Back to Kigali International Airport.

Your final day of the Bwindi Gorilla Tracking Uganda experience begins at Lake Bunyonyi, where you’ll explore some of the lake’s 29 islands by boat. The Bwindi Gorilla Tracking Uganda adventure includes visits to Punishment Island (Akampene) and Bwama Island, offering insights into local history and culture.
